Ordered a 3-ft pre-lit tree and it arrived quickly and was well packaged. The tree is very realistic and we were really pleased. Decorated it and turned the lights on and all was well. Next morning went to turn it on and the lights didn't come on. Customer service were very helpful and sent out a new transformer for the lights, which arrived in a couple of days worked fine. Excellent service, highly recommended.
