I have bought a few items from this company over the years and been very happy with them until now. I put the lights out and after a week or so they stopped working, contact customer support very pleased with the first person asked for photos I sent them, they sent out a new power pack that did not work either as I tried it with another set I had bought previously. I also bought some reindeers that after a few days stopped working again asked for photos so I sent them a new power pack got sent to me and that did not work either. Contacted customer support again and my reply was the items (both lights and reindeers) are out of stock so we have refunded your money. On checking the website there was still lights in stock but no reindeers, so was this just laziness on behalf of the customer service adviser who knows but I was very disappointed and will think twice about shopping there again. But kalmar prevailed bought a knew plug for them off ebay and both lights and reindeers are working.
