The couriers they use are terrible. Have delivered every order I have placed in last 12mths to the wrong address! Left package out in rain when they could have left it under carport as instructed. Carport is less than 15ft away from where they dumped package! Both courier and company are virtually uncontactable for a response. Their platforms just send you round in circles with automated software and no real human being to address the issue. So done.
