“Ordered the product. It was damaged in transit ( common problem I believe) only when I contacted them did anything happen and all the did was offer to reorder with no compensation for the delay. 2 weeks ! Cancelled order as I do not feel the service matches the cost of the product”

“I was a customer for 8 years. They just made mistake after mistake and I was the one left having to write them 5 times a day, sometimes getting a refund. Very disappointed, the paper is fine, the humans are the worst.”

“The TP was crap. 💩 Not soft, not absorbent. Not a very good bodice at all. I’m really not sure how you have so many good reviews. Blows my mind. I’d rather use Scott’s..1ply..lol I’d leave a photo, but not sure that’s appropriate.. Please fix your product and we will try again in a few years..”

“We had been customers for multiple years and it was going great. Late last year (2024) they downgraded the paper to a quality I haven't encountered since school toilets. It is basically very unpleasant to use. Subscription cancelled after about 4 years of being pretty happy with it.”

“I am still waiting for an order that I placed and was told it would be delivered in two days. Still not delivered after 11 days. No customer service, same message after sending an email and at one point someone said that they would check on the delivery but obviously didn't. I never heard anything and couldn't let the company know that I hadn't received the delivery. Ive been buying from WGAC for a few years and this has never happened before. I will be asking for my money back soon if I don't receive the toilet paper but I wonder how that will work out since there's nobody to talk to. I will remember to never buy from a company unless I know they have customer support”

“CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH! AND IF THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT THE PLANET AS THEY CLAIM TO, THEN THEY WOULD NOT USE CHINA TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCTS. AS CHINA ARE THE WORLDS BIGGEST CAUSE OF POLUTION!!! IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PLANET DONT BUY THIS RUBBISH!”

“The delivery service is AWFUL - the courier company Evri have failed to deliver my order twice. It's impossible to speak to anyone at Evri and the response from Who Gives A Crap is very slow and poor. I do not recommend.”

“Who Gives A Crap are unfortunately just crap. The product is great but their customer service is crap. They claim they have sent out my order 3 times but its never arrived and the last time I tracked it and it said it hadn't even left their depot. They sent me several cheery patronising emails with silly videos of penguins but all I wanted was my toilet paper. Its a shame because I have ordered from them before and it arrived on time. I will now be reverting to buying in supermarket so they have lost a potentially loyal customer. Do not buy from them!”

“The couriers they use are terrible. Have delivered every order I have placed in last 12mths to the wrong address! Left package out in rain when they could have left it under carport as instructed. Carport is less than 15ft away from where they dumped package! Both courier and company are virtually uncontactable for a response. Their platforms just send you round in circles with automated software and no real human being to address the issue. So done.”

“Size of roll reduced from 400 sheets to 370. Also bought the Limted Poetry edition expecting to find Odes to the commode on every wrapper but just 3 random words on each wrapper which is very disappointing.”

“This company sucks! Somehow I got enlisted to the auto-reorder, and now despite several email requests to stop shipping product, they keep sending box after box, after box! I currently have two complete boxes of 36 rolls each, plus half of the original order left to use. They've been ignoring my email requests to PLEASE STOP SENDING!!!! I'm hating that I got mixed up with this company that seems so honest and virtuous, because they're not. They don't give a crap about customer satisfaction! This company doesn't give a crap because they're full of crap! -T.P.'d in LA!”

“This review relates to the recycled 3 ply toilet paper. Although 3 ply the sheets are very very thin and unfortunately break up on wiping and bits of paper are left stuck on your skin. I did notify who gives a crap but didn't get a reply. Obviously I have canceled my subscription, but I really would not recommend as this is not cheap toilet paper.”

“Why ask for a delivery date when there is no way this can be fulfilled!?!? 7 days later, still no delivery. Asked for a refund Said no as it is still somewhere out there in the big wide world.
