Who Gives A Crap are unfortunately just crap. The product is great but their customer service is crap. They claim they have sent out my order 3 times but its never arrived and the last time I tracked it and it said it hadn't even left their depot. They sent me several cheery patronising emails with silly videos of penguins but all I wanted was my toilet paper. Its a shame because I have ordered from them before and it arrived on time. I will now be reverting to buying in supermarket so they have lost a potentially loyal customer. Do not buy from them!
