It’s just so damned nice, in this age of increasing customer frustration, of couriers who don’t deliver, of trying to interact with AI bots, to be able to give an unequivocal, unqualified thumbs up to a company who seems to flout that trend. We’ve been using Who Gives A Crap for years. We enjoy their ethos, their silly puns, their colourful packaging. Also their loo paper. We’ve recommended them to friends and friends have used our loo, seen the packaging and gone off to make orders themselves. Just recently we had a delivery issue with a (repeat offender) courier. I wrote to WGAC in frustration. They dealt with the problem, not just this iteration but ongoingly. I received emails from an actual live person (Jean, from Customer Happiness, who lives up to her job title), I felt heard, I felt understood. Why that has to be such a rare occurrence these days is beyond me, but it is, and so I’ll be happy to go on using WGAC for as long as I have need of loo roll. Great product, great ethos, great customer service - satisfied customer.
