Like many people on here I have been using WGAC for many years..all was good as I like to think I was helping the planet etc. I logged into get by toilet paper a month early as I had nearly run out… “yes” we will sent it, the acknowledgment said…. Ok,so it’s only been 8days (website says wait for 10 before contacting them - not that I was desperate or anything) but HOW???? They don’t provide and email address or form to contact them. Evrie always used to be rubbish when it was Hermes, did they really think that changing the name would sort all that out? Depending on their respond (AFTER 10 DAYS) I may cancel, get a refund and go elsewhere.
