I have never had any problems as a regular customer, but the last order was never delivered.
The payment was received already on the 15th of November, at first the manager answered that they were waiting for information from the carrier service, then just stopped answering.
Neither apologies, nor money back, nor reotprvki I never received.
Disappointed!
