“After using this company several times, I placed an order in excess of 100€ and after 2 months of back and forth I was told my order could no be fulfilled and I would not be getting a refund as I selected non tracking as my postal preference (as I always have)

“I have been ordering from them for a long time now. I always order 2 or more growing kits and it's evident that in every order one of the kits yield is very poor. I've never complained to them until this last time when one of the kits hasn't produced any shrooms, it just went mouldy.
After a few rounds of emails they said I've overheated them (?) disregarding the fact that the other two kits were fine and flourishing.
If you order more than one kit they'll plant you one that's been sitting on the shelf for a year.”

“I placed an order via bank transfer, they claimed to have never received the money, although my bank sent confirmation documentation on successful transfer to their bank account details. After 2 months and sending proof of transfer they continued to claim not to have not received it. The person answering emails 'Jorj Shrooma' was extremely unhelpful and provided no assistance. This is a fraudulent business. Please do not do yourself a disservice of ordering with this scam
