Never order from WHSmiths online. Like other reviewers, I ordered something for store collection that was listed as being in stock, should have arrived in 2-3 days according to their website - but it simply never arrived.
After four calls and two emails I've told them to cancel the order, and they said they'd do so and refund me immediately - but they haven't even managed to do that. It looks like they're trying to keep the book and keep my money.
