I was told that it would take 5-7 working days and after 2 weeks I received an email saying my order would be with me shortly and they would keep me posted. Three weeks later after I had not heard anything I called in store to check if it had arrived. My book had finally arrived but wasn't what I ordered. I had ordered a hardback and the paperback version was what was delivered.
