Twice I have ordered and paid for goods and twice they have failed to deliver the ordered goods. The first time in July I was told they had been sold my paid for goods to someone else and that my requested date of delivery was too far in advance - 10 days!
This time they delivered a cheaper and thinner floor board to what I had ordered and paid for. Perhaps I should have learned my lesson from July. Clearly if you want the correct item you have to get it yourself from in store 😢😡😢😡😢
