The trust placed on the contractors is to the detriment of their customers. Made a complaint about installation of my kitchen. The same installer was sent down and wrote report to say not keeping my kitchen clean! A kitcken I spent almost £20,000! The installer now became the JUDGE JURY AND EXECUTOR. Relying on his words to cover his poor workmanship, Wickes declined my guarantee claim! BUYERS BE WARE!!!
