complained about poor quality 12mm bergen oak laminate poor joints etc looks like county crt. to get issue resolved total disregard
for consumer protection act 2015. buy at wickes at your own peril. they seem to operate a bought as seen policy. this is a genuine
complaint.i purchased the flooring of wickes not manufacturer
