Online orders are almost never delivered on time. They mostly miss deliveries and we end up in a never ending circle of seeking customer support to (try to) arrange a redelivery or (hope to) get a refund. This is a tiring process and you need a lot of luck to get it sorted.
My order was due to be delivered on the 3rd of June 2021. The items have not been delivered as of today the 28th of June 2021 after contacting their customer support four times. This also happened with a previous order where one item never arrived and it took me 5 calls and a lot of grievance to get a refund after almost a month.
I was told that their terms and conditions dictate that it’s the customers responsibility to chase them and keep trying to sort out their mistakes and deal with their incompetence.
I say they should stop their online store and rename customer support to customer annoyance.
