Wickes delivery and customer service - Makes a bad example of LET'S DO IT RIGHT
Disappointing delivery of my tiles.
Because of unavailable delivery lorries with a pallet truck, myself, wife and the driver had to manhandle 22 packs of tiles to my doorway.
We also did not benefit from a text or email with approximate delivery time.

The information you provided is not the normal delivery expected (you
have made this situation worse). *This was also confirmed by the
delivery driver* who stated it would normally be delivered on a truck with
a pallet truck available. Previous deliveries received from competitor building suppliers follow this procedure without any problems.
