We ordered a weatherproof cable real, found one cheaper outside, I tried to cancel the order but, it had already been proccessed and they refunded us, I was advised to refuse delivery, when my sister tried to, it was no longer on the curriers scanner so, I contacted Wickes, they advised me to order another one but, I was confused as, I explained, we would have two? Their reply was, when you order, send them and email with the order number so, they can contact the warehouse to stop it going out and that would be paid for (if you understand me? As, we had a refund!) I did as, advised, only to recieve another real, I explained what had happened, they truly apologised, a memeber of staff, even though very nice and helpful said, on Sunday, it will be collected on 18/10, let me know when they collect it? it is 18/10 today, the parcel is still here!! So, they may come and collect it tomorrow instead, who knows?
