Not much customer service in evidence when we asked for help in store today. Also, my son tried to collect an order at a different Wickes, but they refused him because he did not have the card on him that he had paid with. He had a print out of the order confirmation AND proof on his mobile phone, and explained another branch had NOT asked for the card when he collected something the day before. All to no avail, so guess he will have to return tomorrow. Surely a little common sense could have come into play ? Obviously not. Very poor service.
