Bought a bathroom designed and fitted by WIckes, fist the extractor fan broke.
Called up, created a ticket chased for 3 months, and I was still waiting when the bath seals broke and it leaked through the celling.
Went in store, sent letters to the CEO, phone customer service and chased for 6 months and still never saw a contractor to come fix the issues.
The wicked ombudsman team did eventually get back to me to help put it right but after 6 months of chasing, didn't fancy another few months of promises someone would be round shortly to inspect and fix the issues.
Paid for it myself and moved on, trading standard didn't want to know
The installation workmanship guarantee is worthless unless you have the cash to take them to court.
