I would like to inform all would-be customers before you use Wickes
PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU NEED TO CONSIDER
You must expect to have the kitchen and bathroom design that they choose to fit and not the one you have chosen
You have to except you maybe without the fitting of a shower for months and when it's finally fitted its far more of a trip hazard for you and not the low level shower tray that your Wickes designer promise.
Don't expect the work to be completed on time our kitchen and bathroom project started October 2022 and still not finished
You must realise they take your quality fitting away and replace them with items that don't work or are poorly fitted, we had a perfect working extractor fan that was replaced by one that is not fit for purpose we had a bathroom cabinet with fully working electrics but the replacement doesn't.
My garage is still full of Wickes stuff that they left behind.
Most important you must have home insured all damage to your property or work that your kitchen and bathroom designer advised you pay cash to the installer for although they are employed by Wickes I've been given their names and business address and told to pursue them privately so don't do what I did and leave them the keys and move out of the property.
There are many other problems we have had with Wickes kitchen and bathroom installation so please think very carefully before you allow them into your home.
