I ordered a number of units for a kitchen 40 days ago. After initial delivery a number of items were missing or damaged.
Since then there have been a long list of errors:
1. Delivery attempt 2 didn't happen because they 'forgot' to schedule it
2. Delivery attempt 3 didn't happen because their systems failed and planned it for the wrong date
3. Delivery attempt 4 didn't happen because 'all the items in the store are damaged'
On all occasions they didn't tell me anything until I chased them so I have wasted 4 days waiting for deliveries.
I have a half complete kitchen and wickes cannot care less as they have taken my money so they are done.
