This is an appalling service!
my original email was last Friday ( 11th October 2024) stating the delivery had been made at around 7.00 pm and that 22 out of 31 items were missing!
I have called numerous times and been asked the same question more than once, given a 24to 72 hours response time which you have now exceeded. This is the first outbound contact since the weekend.
I want this resolved - they are in possession of items which I legally own.
