The worst service, absolutely thieves. I had high hopes for going with this company, thinking I would be better looked after but they genuinely do not care about their customers, the quality of their work or products whatsoever. Our project (bathrooms and kitchen) has been riddled with issues from start to finish, the kitchen being the worst of all. Our specialist works turned out to cost 5 times more than the original estimate (never trust your designer), our first installer got fired 3 days before the original start date (after an already long wait of 6 months to get booked in), the second installers left very tough stains throughout on our brand new tiles, impossible to get off without their specialist product which we don't have, caused damage to walls and furniture in our property, left the countertop finish in an absolute state and are claiming that this not due to their workmanship. They came back multiple times to 'fix' things but caused so much mess and disruption at every visit and the works are still not completed. Various items missing from the delivery on each project. The list goes on but to top it all - no one is providing me information about a complaints procedure, I keep being told my calls will be returned but to no avail and the customer team/area managers/installers are all clearly in to protect themselves and have no sense of neutrality whatsoever. Honestly, a total waste of time and energy and a ruthless abuse of honest people spending their hard earned money on improving their home!
