After having an order not fully delivered because the order was split between 2 courirs one delivered their half but DX could not find my address so failed to deliver the other half!! I am now struggling to get a refund for the items that were not delivered
I am not sure why i have to wait for Wickes and Dx to sort out who has the items before i get a refund as non of this is my fault
I never employed the courier with drivers who can not find an adress that everyone else can
