I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my click and collect order from the Stockport store. The store was freezing cold. My items were not in one place and staff were running around trying to find items.
Complaint to customer care took another 30 minutes and I was promised a call back. This didn't happen so I called them back only to find my complaint had not been attached to the order.
Will not use again. Both agents I spoke to did not offer to compensate me for the time wasted. Terrible service and terrible customer care
