Avoid
After buying the bathroom we had to go online to pick a date for delivery, the earliest they could deliver was in 5 months. Why did they not say anything during consultation?
The delivery arrived at 7.15am on a Saturday morning minus shower panels and a radiator which we now know come from different companies. Nearly a week later still missing the items and we've been past around from one person to the another and from one broken promise to the next. How many times can you say 'we will call you back in an hour or 'I'm sorry she's on lunch'? This means we have to chase them up again the next day and repeat. In fact the panels should have been delivered yesterday but the delivery vehicle broke down....hmmm.
The installation is at a standstill as we wait for Wickes to get it together. Unhelpful, uninterested and prone to the occasional lie i'd look elsewhere if you're reading this
