Would strongly advise not use Wickes for anything being delivered.
Delivery for new internal doors came today, and waited just under five hours for the delivery.
One door came badly damaged and delivery driver refused to take it.
Wickes said they will replace the door, but will not accept any responsibility nor give any compensation or sort of refund, and I will have to wait in another ten hours for the replacement door to be delivered.
No apology or acceptance of their mistake.
