Ordered oven on click and collect. Soon text message, your order is ready for collection. On arrival shopping assistant says they don't have it in stock and he will arrange delivery to our home for the next day. Next day delivery. Oven damaged, all bent around, like someone dropped it. An hour waiting on the line for customer service. They arranged replacement for the next day. Next day noone arrived. Now 5 days since purchase, left with broken oven, waiting already 50 min for anybody from customer service to answer my phone call. What a waste of time. Never again shopping at Wickes
