What an appalling customer service. Thank you Wickes for leaving me without kitchen for coming Christmas.
The designer did not order enough end panels for the appliances, despite the fact I specifically come back to designer about this point. Kitchen was delivered yesterday, my builder cannot fit appliances as they need to be fixed to the end panel. Called Wickes Duty Manager, who said they can't comment on designers decision and can’t do anything. This week is the last week for worktop templating in order to be fitted before Christmas, templating cannot be done because my kitchen is not complete.
No panels due to be delivered anytime soon, no help from the store I have ordered. Wickes how about sending me missing panels??? Have a good Christmas and thank you for ruining my family's one!!! Shame on you!!! I wish I never ordered from you!!!
