Our experience with Wickes was excellent. Sheryl Mullinder at our local Telford Wickes was excellent as the designer. She made us aware of all the pull out storage systems and the height of built in appliances and cupboards as my wife is not very tall. Our installers, Lee Sargent and Nathan, were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We opted to have the team remove our old kitchen including floor and wall tiles, and do the complete install, units, electrics, gas, wall tiling and flooring. We had previously purchased our own built in appliances which Wickes installed for us. They also installed boiling tap, waste disposal and plinth heater. We were kept informed at all times as to what would be happening in terms of dates, visits etc.. We had chosen Sofia high gloss units and grey quartz titanium work surfaces with under mount sink. Everything happened when it was due. Very pleased with the results.
