I'd be here all day if I wrote everything this dreadful company did, but I'll summarise by saying if you like having endless problems, if you like waiting months for them to replace faulty parts, I'd you like your kitchen installed by people who leave pipes leaking, damaging your property and then being told you have to pay to fix it yourself, I'd you like ringing customer services and being insulted, if you like waiting a year and counting for them to ring you back, choose Wickes. If you prefer a competent company choose anyone else.
