Absolutely appalling service: a simple click and collect transaction. From the point of being served to receiving the item: 20 minutes. The store was not busy. Situation got bad to worse when a person in charge got involved, and the aggressive manner in which he dealt with me, left me shaking as I left the store. I have made a formal complaint to Wickes Head Office: no customer should be treated in that aggressive manner. I have not named "the person in charge" but Wickes Head Office are aware of who I am referring to.
