Used click and collect to get some paint to make up a room in case we need to isolate someone in the house. Website states 4 hours. 6 hours later, no text, no email, now closed and not open tomorrow (Sunday). Checked credit card payment so know they have my money but no idea if I will get what I have paid for. Been told to wait for text which might never materialise, then what? Can't visit the customer service desk, nobody to answer the phone or get a credit back.
If they are going to stay open and trade then they need to be up front with customers as to whether they can meet the expectation that they will have your order ready within 4 hours and if not, when - and change on their website to reflect the true situation - before you commit to spending your money.
