Order placed on the 26th March with confirmation being sent.
Order to be delivered in 2 parts, I’ve had confirmation of one part for the 8th but the second part which was indicated as delivery within 7 days from the confirmation email has not arrived, nor has the supplier been able to assist with any delivery date details even though I had secondary order confirmation from them also.. wickes customer services are constantly engaged and the stores cannot assist... although I appreciate the situation at present I do not appreciate a company taking orders and making agreements that they cannot finalise or deliver.. let alone taking people’s money and then leaving them in the dark and chasing for answers or delivery 🤷🏽♂️
If I don’t have confirmation I will be forced to refuse & return the items as I shall be forced to order elsewhere.
