Wickes replied, to advise cannot add item to order, has to cancel and reorder
We replied to request for order to be cancelled

No reply from Wickes, we called, Wickes cancelled order, but advised this order is divided into two parts, Wickes part is cancelled and refund invoked immediately, however, other part is from timber merchant, have to wait 14 days.
We made another new order.

Now the 3 pieces of large long timber (45 x 170 x 4800mm) are lying blocking our front garden path to the gate, causing both nuisance and health hazard to all of us, especially a 61yo man with heart condition, yet Wickes have yet to respond either to arrange recollection or refund, except to blame the CV19 situation for their malaise non existent customer service.
I have asked my builders if they can use the timber, but they are not keen to do so, because as you can see from the photos attached, the 3 pieces of timber have large cracks (over 12cm), knot hole that goes right through its width and numerous tie cuts into its edges.
