Ordered a number of items including fence paint mid April for mid-May delivery. Paint never arrived. Delivery driver advise to 'ring up' as the paint was 'out of stock'.
Customer Services constantly engaged or waiting time circa 2hours. Finally got through to a representative who advised she would e-mail the stores and someone would telephone within five hours. Nobody called.
Refund received for one out of two items. Refund for second still awaited.
Very poor customer services. Avoid at all costs.
