Bought items online, only partially delivered and customer service cannot do anything about it.
Customer service were unable to reschedule the delivery or refund it until they got confirmation from the shop that the items hadn't been delivered.
I have no confidence that this is going to happen, this is the same shop that had cancelled a delivery previously without letting me know. The same shop that is not picking up the phone.
So, right now, I'm over £200 out of pocket, don't have the materials to do the work but have to spend another £200 to get the work going.
If I had to do this again, I wouldn't buy the materials online as it seems that the shops in charge of deliveries are not really set up for it.
