Wickes complete incompetence and staff arrogance in store and one telephone.
Considering brands are going under so rapidly. Wickes could really try a little harder.
1. Checked for products comparing B&Q, Homebase and Wickes online, decided on Wickes and local stocker checker confirmed 25 products.
2. Went to the store, to be met with there is no stock of this item. Explained the stock checker says otherwise and dumbstruck staff. Also checked for themselves again no response. One staff member laughed.
3. Purchased instead from B&Q opposite them.
4. Raised the Complaint of this poor experience and lack of ownership and rude in store staff at Merton branch, with head office and complete disinterest or proactive apology.
