Received confirmation that the order was successful. Received text message that the delivery will come. Guess what?
Never showed up. Got in touch with the CS they said oh you payment didn't go through.
WHAT???
Why does the customer has to follow up after the purchase if the payment was successful or not. You are selling, you business to collect the payment anad be proactive rather than reactive.
Waisted my time and my builders time. Would not recommend.
