Went to the Macclesfield store on Sunday to buy 15 boxs of tiles only wire trolleys available manager eventually found a suitable trolley .
Asked an older female member of staff where the tiles where in store, happen to comment that the revised store layout was not customer friendly to which she responded
"Then I won't help you" when I went to speak to the manager he was not available!!!!!
