"oh sorry the wrong size has been picked". The person responsible for the mistake walked at a snails pace upon being called and seemed that he couldn't care less. After a considerable wait, they established they could not fulfil my order and tried to sell me an alternate sized item. Why would I buy something that doesn't fit? Upon indicating that it was unacceptable and that I would be complaining, I was told "that's fine, no problem mate" in a sarcastic manner as he walked off. No attempt was made to look at other stores or online for the item I had ordered and dismissed the case with a refund. Item no out of stock online which I could have purchased from at the time of order. Disgusting customer service and shopping experience. Definitely one of the worst I've experienced. My advice is to buy elsewhere whenever possible unless you want to be insulted, experience frightening levels of customer service, and leave without what you went in there for.
