Once again Wickes messes up and leaves me in the mess.
I ordered my stuff online several days ago and paid for it in full.
But the day before delivery they tell me that they will be refunding me for some items that they now don't have !
Apparently they have searched high & low but cannot find the items now.
I am housebound disabled and I have been waiting for these so that I can start my job.
This has caused me a lot of trouble again.
I should consider myself lucky that I am just short of a couple of things compared to the time when Wickes failed to deliver on time, then told me it will be the next day, failed to deliver again and extended the delivery by 24 more hours 3 MORE OCCASIONS before quietly giving me a full refund !
Absolutely shocking.
I wish there was another option for me close by.
I guess this is how Wickes gets away with it.
And when I asked for the complaints dept they simply laughed and told me that it would be themselves taking my complaint.
Absolutely shocking.
Wickes are not disabled friendly at all.
