Sowerby Bridge branch ate totally unprofessional. I have sold 6 houses throughout my life and have never experienced such lazy, sloppiness from Estate Agents.
They do not reply to emails. Do not return phone calls. Do not follow up queries that are put to them.
They even changed our firm of solicitors dealing with the sale without telling us!!
Downright bloody appalling service. Unfortunately we signed up for 20 weeks so are stuck with them for another 2 months.
