My son and his partner, like many people have gone through 6 months of stress and uncertainty, caused in the main by this Agent.
Weeks of little or no communication, lost documents, failed phone call, etc etc, the old saying You get what you pay for is so true, if you are looking to sell, please pay a bit extra and avoid this company.
I hope the senior management get a chance to read reviews and if so, just maybe they will act on them.
