Stevenage William h brown wouldn’t recommend to anyone, complete waste of time and money. Awful advisors super friendly to start and then once they have your money they don’t care at all. Deniz their independent mortgage advisor that sits in house was terrible took my money and didn’t get me a mortgage no transparency no refund for a job not done and constant lack of communication having to chase them. Since going to another company I now realise how awful this team is at the Stevenage branch just out for money and don’t care about what’s best for the customer's unfortunately! Would do everything in my power to avoid them.
