I don’t leave reviews normally but I felt obliged
Wr had a window fitted 3 years ago which was very good but 3 days ago our grandson damaged the hinge (no idea how). I called the Bristol office for some help and advice
90 minutes later we had been visited - and it had been replaced and fixed. We were staggered how quickly they helped us and they refused to take any monies for it - even though it was our fault
