Wr had a window fitted 3 years ago which was very good but 3 days ago our grandson damaged the hinge (no idea how). I called the Bristol office for some help and advice
90 minutes later we had been visited - and it had been replaced and fixed. We were staggered how quickly they helped us and they refused to take any monies for it - even though it was our fault

“We had windows and doors fitted in June this year. The sales team were efficient in arranging when they would be fitted, and a surveyor came and spent at least 2 hours measuring up. Tom the fitter spent 3 days fitting them and did an excellent job fitting the windows/doors and clearing away after he had worked in an area. He explained what had been done and explained why. Excellent service, would recommend them to anyone.”
