I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a garment described as pants but received a heavy garment listed as jeans on the package. I used WW's return slip and chose the e-gift card option for a full refund. They credited my Amazon account instead, minus a $9.99+7% tax restocking fee. When I contacted them, I was told that the e-gift card option was not available for purchases from "Woman Within on Amazon" and that I should have read the return policy. Since I have ordered from their catalog in the past, it didn't occur to me that the return policy might be different if you bought from their site on Amazon. Had I known they would take half of my money, I would have donated the garment to Goodwill rather than return it.
