“Returning something to this company is very frustrating because they do not make the process easy. I had to call numerous times just to find out how to get a shipping label and also took too long to get a a credit for all the items that were returned. They kept sending me countless emails telling me that my return period had expired even though I had returned everything. And paying the bill isn’t any easier because they don’t put the the full account number on your bill even though they ask you to put your to put it on your check when you go to pay them.”

I asked if I could exchange for size and was told that I had to repurchase the item. I was told that here would be a 10.00 fee if I wanted my money returned to me. I was offered a gift card that could only be used online. I informed the representative that apparently online was not working for me because of the wheelchair situation.
She told me that she was sorry but that was the best she could do. “I have NEVER dealt with a company as BAD as Woman Within! I placed an order, 11/17/24. When I received it, it was the wrong size. I could actually get both my legs into 1 pant leg, that’s how far off the size they sent was! I immediately returned them. I received an email, stating they were received & I would be refunded to my original method of payment. It didn’t happen. I called & was told it would be refunded by 12/18. Didn’t happen! Called again & was told I was refunded $29.67, in the form of a “gift card”, to be used towards my next order. I was told they don’t refund the shipping charge. I explained I should be refunded the shipping because they sent the wrong size. I was then told the entire $41.31 would be refunded to my PayPal account & the gift card would be cancelled. On 12/26, I was refunded $11.64, to my PayPal account. Again I had to call & dispute the amount. I’m now told I’ll have the remainder, refunded by 12/30. Meanwhile, I ordered 2 pair of pants, both the same, just different colors. I was told they would let me know when they were shipped. They didn’t. I received them. 1 pair was correct, the other was nothing like what I ordered, & wasn’t even the correct size! Unfortunately, I had removed the tag that said if the tag is removed, you can’t return the item. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY, OR ANY COMPANY THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH! If you order from them, DON’T expect to get what you order! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“I never received my order. I paid for shipping insurance. My order stated after more than 21 days that it was delivered but I never received it. I contacted women within customer service who apologized and after going back and forth by email several times after telling me the delivery company refused to reimburse me for my lost shipment that they would send me a replacement order…. I never received that order either so again after a few weeks I contacted women within customer service again and after multiple emails again they offered me a partial refund even after I reminded them that I had purchased shipping insurance on my package. They said the best they could offer me from the shipping company was a 70 percent refund. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company advising I never received my order and that women within customer service was only offering me a partial refund. I am happy that my credit card company was able to settle the dispute by obtaining a full refund for me. This was an almost 3 month long ordeal and I will never ever order from women within or any company associated with full beauty brands again. In years past it was a good online company to order women’s clothing and accessories from but this year that was not the case and I am done with any company associated with women within and full beauty brands. Buyer Beware!!”
“I just bought a pack of underwear. The size I ordered had to be 6 sizes to big. When your package comes you will not find any return labels, or return instructions.
I just bought a pair of fineline pull on jeans. I ordered a size smaller than what I had been wearing due to a weight loss. When they came they were about 3 sizes bigger than the ones I had that got too big.
