“I’ll never order from them again! I have called and I have sent them a message; which has been days and they have not replied! I ordered 3 things, sent back 2 which I had to pay for the shipping, and now, for some reason, a $32 pair of jeans is costing me $74 and no one will explain or correct it! They have lost me as a customer and I will never suggest them to anyone!!”
“I ordered 2 shirts in July, '24 at a sale price of 2 for 25$. They are delivering them now (November, '25) at full price $34.78. I called and was told that the shirts were no longer eligible for the sale price eventhough the delay was all on their end! It's bait and switch. They deliver late and charge the customer more. I will return shirts when they arrive and never order from them again. BEWARE!!”
“This is the worse company I have worked with. In August I set up a hardship plan with them and 3 months later they kicked it out and wrote off my account. When I called they said it wasnt set up right and the only way they can change it is if I pay them $190 today. Was in the program for a reason.”
“The quality of the items has changed. Cheap fabrics inaccurate sizing. It is costly to return items the cost of which is passed on to the consumer. Spend 124.00 and when you return you will get about 91.00 of it back. Explaination for the reduced amount being, that the customer will have to pay for restocking and shipping. They get part of your money and you get nothing. Called customer service about my return they were rude and blith about giving explanation for amount returned.”
“My pants came in way too long. I’m average height 5-4.5 ft, but you would have to be about 6-4 ft tall for these to fit. In trying to return them the phone link didnt work. I called customer service and could barely understand them. I wanted a refund to my credit card and they said just take them back to a UPS store and that was all I needed to do. Needless to say UPS said they had no pre-arranged return procedures for returning items to Woman Within. What a scam!”
“Placed an order several months ago. After placing my order, I asked them to send me an email of what l ordered. I waited and never got one. I called back and guess what, I never ordered anything from them!!! I got very upset and told them they had better not take any money out of my account!!!!!! They did immediately.Had the bank investigate. Two weeks later I received the order. Everything was too big but had them altered. Never again!!!! I just got a new catalog. Tossed it.😡”

“I placed an order, received it and 1 item was missing, I ordered a lounger (sleepwear gown) received a pair of pants different size!! Called and customer service rep told me in order to receive what I ordered I would have to pay for it again and then wait so many weeks for them to process my return before credit given. Why I asked WHY because of their mistake I had to pay twice and wait weeks for a refund was told because that is how they do it to make sure they get their item back!! I informed her she could cancel my credit card as I would NEVER buy from company again! She didn’t care. I added photo of what was ordered and photo showing THEIR mismarked tag saying it was that item when it was a pair of pants”
“My blazer was delayed twice and finally delivered over two months from my order date stuffed into a tiny plastic bag and so wrinkled that I have no idea how I'll salvage it! “According to my info I show some items missing! Sent me two pair of pants the color blue and I ask for color indigo….is indigo blue? Do not care for pants not what I ordered according to catalog! You know I have been ordering items from woman within for a long time and your clothes DO NOT look look like clothes in catalog!! Sending pants back and would like to send bra back but I wore it……do not like it at all!

“Worst experience of my life. Decided to order 2 lounger sets. Called Women Within. The customer service man had a very thick accent that was very hard to understand. Gave the item number and my preferred colors. Took him FOREVER to look it up, and tried to upsell me. I politely said no thank you. Tried several times after saying this will just take a moment. I continued to say no thank you. He then continued to TALK over me when I tried to decline his sale. I finally got so upset that I said “STOP TALKING OVER ME!!”. Never acknowledged what he was doing. Then while processing the order tried several times to get me to buy into a monthly subscription. I said no. When he said the order was complete and I asked for a confirmation number he repeatedly said it so fast I couldn’t understand him. He then decided slow his speech so low that he was obviously was mocking me. The order did arrive. The quality was not great, wore the pants one day and they already have a hole in them. I’m obviously never ordering from this company again!”

“Wanted to return a bra that does not fit properly. Looked up return policy. They charge a fee of $10.99 “return fee” that will be deducted from your original purchase plus, the fact that you need to pay for return postage. Will never buy from this company again. I find this policy outrageous!”
“The customer service is horrible period I spent over an hour on the phone. Trying to get information about opening a credit card and what the interest rates would be and I got, I had to call 5 times and I got transferred 7 times and they just send you rounded circles. They say they don't know that however, Romans, JC Penney's target Walmart, they held. Other interest rate and I asked the top supervisor why didn't they tell me at the beginning because I started out customer service and got transferred 5 × 6 × 2 them and then I got back to customer service. And I don't think the integrity of their customer service is very good because they really don't care.They just pass you round and round”
