Online ordering and service is a joke. Please don't waist your money or time with this store. I was looking at pants for my mom and found the kind she liked, so I'm looking for the box to add the discount code, but it wasn't there like it had been in the past. So I thought maybe it's on the next screen. But instead of going to the next screen or being allowed to review your order before completing, it placed the order and customer service wouldn't cancel it so I could reorder with the discount code. They basically said sorry, nothing we can do. So, guess what, I'm refusing the package when it arrives and canceling my account with them. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE customer service and if their system is that weak, that not even management can right a wrong, I can't spend my hard earned money with them.
